SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
November 18, 2020

The meeting began at 10:38 a.m. Board of Equalization members Daryl Gillette, Margaret Taylor and
Pete Raab were present.
FORMATION OF THE BOARD
OATH: All members were sworn in by the Clerk of the Board.
ELECTION: Member Taylor moved to appoint Member Gillette to serve as Chairman of the Board
for the 2020 appeal season. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
Chairman Gillette moved to appoint Member Taylor to serve as Vice -Chairman of the Board for the
2020 appeal season. Member Raab seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
All members agreed to electronically sign the Minutes and Proceedings form.
ESTABLISH REGUALR MEETING SCHEDULE: Member Raab moved to establish the 2021
regular meeting schedule to be every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. beginning February 3 and ending June
30, 2021.
ASSESSOR'S CERTIFICATE OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS
The Board reviewed the Assessor's Certificate of Assessment Rolls:

Personal Property: $49,401,688
New Construction: $56,936,725
ASSESSOR'S ANNUAL UPDATE
Assessor Jeff Chapman updated the Board Members regarding 2020 property values.

ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Gillette moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:19 p.m. Member Raab seconded the motion
which carried by a unanimous vote.
