The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The following
information is needed to continue review of your project.
Upon review of this building permit, the square footage of impervious surface falls under a "medium project" per
the Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual. Please submit Stormwater Site Plan Submittal
Template (SWPPP) for a medium project and a stormwater management site plan showing how you will meet
minimum requirements #1#5. I have attached the template form.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date
of this letter which would be 311112019. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the assigned planner if you have
any questions.
