ln the past DCD has always routed a "Home Business" applications to health for review and approval when served by an
Onsite Septic System (OSS). Does the OSS have capacity for the increased us.e, any issues w/ the OSS, are there
employees, water supply, etc. So yes, it should be routed and the applicant invoiced for our fee.

Per my phone message, I am asking about the routing of septic monitoring reports. Can I assume the photocopy in my
case file has already gone to EH, or should I route the whole case? I haven't been doing case review for some time and
have missed out on any recent discussions.
Specifically, the case is MLA19-00O37 /ZONL9-00012. No septic review was billed. Can I go ahead and sign-off the septic
review activity?
