To install a concrete slab as the "apron" approach to an existing
concrete boat launch. The concrete apron will be 6-inches think
and approximately l6-feet X lO-feet. A backhoe will be utilized
to clear the existing gravel area. All work will be conducted
above the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM). This proposal
is classified as a shoreline exemption per Section 3.402.6 of the
Jefferson County Shoreline Master Program. In addition, it is
exempt from the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) per
wAC 197-r l-800(3).
REPAIR UNDERCUT BOAT RAMP. REMOVE DEBRIS
AND FILL WITH CONCRETE. THE UNDERCUTAREA IS
APPROXIMATELY 7'X16', THE BOAT RAMP IS
APPROXIMATELY 14'WIDE BY I6'LONG.
