STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Jefferson County uses the Go -To Meeting platform to conduct their virtual meetings. The Go -To Meeting will still be used in some situations; however, the Zoom platform offers some virtual meeting options that Go -To does not. In order for all County Departments to run a Zoom meeting, licenses need to be purchased. To expedite the process, it is requested that the County Administrator be authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the County with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. FISCAL IMPACT: In the amount of $7,197.90 RECOMMENDATION: Approve the delegation of signature authority to the County Administrator to execute an agreement with Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
