9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunityfor the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
SUBMITTING COMMENTS DURING COVID-19: During social distancing for the COVID-19
pandemic, citizens can submit public comments remotely to the Commissioners by email. Emailed
comments will be read aloud by staff for up to three minutes during the meeting's public comment
period. Email your comments before the 9:00 AM meeting start time, using this dedicated email
