Questions- Should I mail the approved building permit to the owner or to you? Or would someone like to come pick it up at our office? Also it looks like the New Single Family Residences permit is ready to be issued as well-but we also require the contractor information for that permit before we can issue the permit. Please advise how you would like me to proceed with this? She wants to wait until the bids for the house are in before selecting a contractor for the house if she elects to do so. What do you need form us to move forward? Is her signature on the Builder's Statement sufficient. Thanks for your help. I'll bring those with the remaining permit documentation to tomorrow's meeting. Attached is the Supplemental Permit Application form. If you have time, can you provide plan review and Building Permit fees? If you don't, I'll just bring a blank check. Also, can I use the same check for the Demolition Permit as well?
