Re: 2020 Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing Comment
Dear Planning Commission Members:
I am asking you to request the Board of County Commissioners to change the laws so that commercial grow and processing marijuana facilities are prohibited in ALL Rural Residential zones in Jefferson County.
Thank you for your hard work and efforts on this issue which will provide protections for your citizens.
