Stacie,
I am writing in regards to the Larry Hess project on 720 No Name Road,. off of Beaver
Valley Road. I visited the site on June 5, 2003.t0 assess the wetland and potential buffers
restriction that may apply. A temporary site is needed for'the placement of the mobile
home during consm~tion of a permanent residence.
A man-made pond was dug in 1979. 1980 (as per information provided by Larry.) down
slope from the house and the high quality peat bog wetlan& On the edge near the house
no wetland vegetation or softs existed along the ponds edge, which is typical of man-
made ponds. Lush vegetation does exist on the opposite of the pond. The area between
the house and pond is mowed and well maintained.
To the best of my knowledge the pond appears to be a man-made, excaVated to enhance
t, pen water features on the site.
Sincerely.
