Dear Members of the Jefferson County Board of Health,
As a pediatrician and pediatric rheumatologist who has published peer-reviewed articles onCOVID-19, and as a resident of Port Townsend, I would like to contribute to dialogue about
the importance of knowing the Ct value at which a SARS-CoV-2 PCR test is positive.
I have attached a relatively brief explanation of the importance of noting the Ct value. I wouldbe happy to appear before the board to discuss this critically important issue in more detail.
