ORDINANCE NO. 04-0317-03
SECTION 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend or repeal and replace fee schedules for the Jefferson County Parks
& Recreation Department.
SECTION 2 - FEE SCHEDULES: The fee schedule is as follows:

Field and Facility Reservations:
The County reserves the right to cancel reserved facilities for program needs due to emergency conditions
related to a building or facility. Groups causing problems due to abuse of facilities or regulations may be
denied use or subsequent use of facilities.

Certain Jefferson County Recreation program fees vary from year to year and are based on the cost of
program delivery. These costs may include but are not limited to uniform fees, facility reservations,
officiating, number of participants/teams, and administration costs.

SECTION 7 - REPEALER
This Ordinance repeals and replaces Ordinance No. 13-1213-99 and Section 2 of Ordinance 14-1213-99.
SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY
If any section, subsection, or sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this Ordinance or its application to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or
circumstances shall not be affected.
SECTION 9 - EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.
