SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY If any section, subsection, or sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this Ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. SECTION 9 - EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.
