Please see the attached PDF containing my meeting notes. To address the outstanding questions from our appointment: DCD will be able to provide site plans from old permits if we still have the permits on file. One of our staff, Jodi Adams, will check archives and try to locate those plans for you. She should be in touch via email soon. Determination on screening will be made by the planner reviewing your permit application. Based on the conversation we had today I have doubts that screening will be required, but (again) that call will be made by the planner reviewing your case. Let me know if you have any follow up questions. Jodi Adams will pull any site plans on file in archives for you and send them to you electronically. Let me know whether you hear from Jodi in the next few business days, and if not, I will check on the status of things. Screening requirements?: Screening requirements will be determined during permit application review. Based on a number of factors (relationship to neighboring property owners, no signage, no additional parking, no storage of items outside of the shop, etc.) screening requirements may not be required. The planner assigned to this case will make a final determination on screening requirements.
