Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. Thanks, Bryan! This is exactly what I needed. This is a multi-year project for me so I will be doing the driveway and septic first. I really appreciate your help! I have attached pertinent files to this email since you are ready to move forward and construct both a septic system and your driveway. For the septic system, see the septic permit application and application instructions. You will submit septic permit materials to Environmental Health. Installation of your driveway will require a road approach permit, which I have also attached. You will submit the road approach permit materials to Public Works. Depending on when you plan to be submit your building permit application you may also need to complete a stormwater application for your driveway, since it will add impervious surface on the property. If you plan to construct the building and driveway at the same time, you can disregard the stormwater packet I have included. If your driveway is to be installed before building, you will need to complete the attached stormwater packet and permit application and submit them to Community Development. th Finally, here is the link to access our GIS system, which I believe is what you were asking for on the 19: https://gisweb.jeffcowa.us/LandRecords/ Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
