Renee,
The Governor's proclamations that limit indoor fitness activities do not currently have provisions for fully vaccinated individuals using an
altered standard of masking or distancing. The CDC guidelines for indoor gatherings of fully vaccinated individuals (or mixes of
vaccinated/unvaccinated family members) apply to social and family settings only. I certainly understand you desire to conduct yoga
classes unmasked. We are not there yet, however.

Thank you Karen. (It occurs to me it might be helpful for you to see the space, so I’m attaching a photo. The room is 2200 square feet, doors on
either end for ventilation, ceilings are 20+feet tall, and we have two air filters.) We have been extremely cautious and exceeded all local, state and
CDC guidelines over the past 13 months, and our clientele are very mindful of all protocols; I’m confident this is why we’ve had no issues.
Now, with so many of our folks having been vaccinated + the two weeks past dose #2, we’d love to have special “vaccinated only” classes where
folks can remove masks. Well would still have people very socially distant from each other. CDC wording says fully vaccinated people can be indoors
and maskless, but we would appreciate confirmation before we make any changes. Thanks again,

Jefferson County Public Health — THANK YOU for all that you have been doing! Our county is safer and healthier. I just want to
confirm something about CDC Guidelines, that say:
"You can gather indoors with fully vaccinated people without wearing a mask or staying 6 feetapart.”I teach mindful movement in a very large space where we can and DO stay socially distant, even up to 10 or 12’apart. We are limiting our class size to 10 students, which means each person has approximately 10 feet betweenothers.
If I have a class that includes only vaccinated people who have brought us their vaccination proof, and wefurther stay 6-10 feet apart at all times, can we remove masks? Certainly this would make breathing easier.Because we can be so far apart, it seems like this is well within the CDC guidelines above in blue but I’d appreciateyour confirming it.
