The mission of The Quilcene Fair and Parade Association is to

for 2021.As we consider if a live event will be possible in 2021
due to the COVID-19 pandemic,we acknowledge the need to be
able to quickly pivot to an online event and that our current
web presence is lacking. Because the 2020 event was not held
due to the pandemic, being able to hold even a virtual event in
2021 has quickly become our top priority.
January 2021
• Discussed again how to provide a Fair and Parade in the event
that the Fair must be online
• Discussed again options to include a live event
• Discussed again a hybrid model
• Next steps-Kristen will contact different organizations to look
at improving our website
February 2021
