Deficiencies Noted: deficiencies must be corrected to ensure proper longevity of the Onsite Sewage System.
There is no house on property, tank has never been connected to anything. Water level in tank is 6" at bottom, clear water in tank. D box has a
valve box over it as a riser, not sealed at the bottom and not water tight. Inspection ports in drainfield are dry. Vacant property, assessment of
drainfield was not possible.
