Department of Community Development Director: Jefferson County is hiring a Director for our Department of Community Development (DCD). The recruitment is being conducted by Prothman,
an executive recruitment firm.
The position plans for, directs, organizes, and provides leadership to the Jefferson County DCD Department. Directs and implements management systems for effective planning, permitting
and enforcement to maintain and enhance the quality of life in Jefferson County. Works to continually improve all processes and assures the efficient and economical use of County resources.
Participates as a member of the County's senior management team.
