(2) Installer must contact Nathan Cleaver Septic Design Inc. a minimum of 15-Days
prior to installation to schedule precover inspection & As-Built creation
(additional fees will apply.)

(4) All tanks to be must be installed on a level bed of sand or pea gravel.
(5) Never leave tank lids unsecured.
