[help] Repair to the existing dock will include removing the 2x12 wooden planks that are currently around the existing piling. The piling will then have two halve of HDPE plastic pipe around them, which will be anchored together with stainless steel fasteners and filling each with concrete. All work will be done from upland with the subject property providing all access for equipment, materials and laborers. 6b. Describe the purpose of the project and why you want or need to perform it.
