There is a partial X 0.2 PCT ANNUAL CHANCE FLOOD HAZARD zone in the northern
portion of the property. The proposed project is not located in this area, and therefore
requires no further action.
The proposed project is partially located in a seismic hazard area. Adjacent parcels with
development do not have geotechnical reports. A geotechnical report addressing seismic
hazard areas would only advise the design of the house rather than the location for
building, so it’s not very applicable for land use review. Therefore, a geotechnical report is
not required for the proposed project.
The project is located in a SUSC CARA. No further action required.
