Morgan has our permission to change the description of work on our permit application to
state the Foundation is for moved house.

After speaking with you (Jacob) on the phone yesterday it has come to my attention that his
permit application is for a new foundation for a moved house.
I need written permission to change the description of work on your permit application to
state this: *Foundation permit for moved house.
Please just respond to this email allowing me to make this change.
I have also created your building permit number which is BLD20-00565.
Attached is the invoice as well.
I also noticed on the permit application you stated that Carol H Johnson & Son Excavating
will be the general contractor on this project.
It is my understanding that this is your business.
I looked up your information on L&I’s website and it appears your license is expired.
If the name is now different that what I listed please give me your updated contractors
license number.
You also have the option of just listing yourself as the “Owner/Builder” for this project.
In that case you would not need to have a license number.
Please let me know how you wish to proceed.
