The following information is needed to continue review of your project. Upon review of this building permit, the square footage of impervious surface falls under a "large project" per the Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual. Please submit Stormwater Management forms: Worksheet L, A1, A2, B1, B2 and C for a large project and a stormwater management site plan showing how you will meet all minimum requirements. On-site stormwater management BMPs triggering minimum requirements #1-#9. Please address stormwater for all impervious surfaces, including but not limited to: the driveway, roof area, and sidewalks. These forms are available here: https://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/544/Land-Use-Application-Forms Jefferson County has mapped your parcel as a geologically hazardous area. The proposed location of the new single-family residence is within this geologically hazardous area, please submit Geotechnical Report Waiver or a Geotechnical Report prepared by a qualified professional with a state stamp that addresses 18.22 JCC and supports the proposed location of the building. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 2/16/2021.
