There are no Critical Areas located on the property.
The proposed project classifies as a "medium" project under Jefferson County Code
(JCC) stormwater requirements. JCC 18.30.060 and 18.30.070 require the project
applicant submit a stormwater plan meeting Minimum Requirements #1 through #5 of the
Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington.
Jefferson County is therefore requesting the applicant must complete and submit
stormwater worksheets A1, B1, C or equivalent to satisfy JCC requirements for medium
