The Hunt’s plans are to construct a New Single-Family Residence with an attached garage on the parcel. The Hunt’s property is mapped as a Landslide Hazard Area- Slight Landslide Hazard Area, and as a Shoreline Slope Stability— Intermediate Slope. I have reviewed the Hunt’s waiver request, available map and data, and completed the attached geohazard checklist. The Hunt’s will implement applicable best management practices during construction. Based on our available data, the Hunt’s site, proposed development, and analysis from the geohazard checklist, I find that the standards for a geotechnical report waiver under Jefferson County Code 18.22.910 have been satisfied. _X_ Approved ___ Denied ______________________________________________ Linda Paralez, UDC Administrator Attachments: Supplemental application waiver from special reports – geotech GIS Maps Geohazard Checklist Site Plan Geohazard Checklist (for internal DCD use only) 1.
