There is a Type "Ns" Stream (seasonal non-fish bearing stream) on an adjacent parcel
(978802500). The proposed NSFR w/ attached garage meets the 50 ft -75 ft stream
buffer. Therefore, no further action is required.

Plat Approved Stormwater:
The roof stormwater runoff system is hard piped into a Stormwater system that was
installed when the plat was developed and approved. This is an unperforated pipe that
drains directly into the plat Stormwater drain pipes and ends up in large infiltration ponds
