Hi Morgan,
Thank you for your email, I'm sorry it's taken so long for me to respond to your question.
I think we have a solid plan now. I signed a change order with Lexar to build a single car garage. I made a
partial payment on the garage, and paid an engineering fee. I understand the garage will now go to engineering,
and when complete we'll submit it to you for permit.
I think this means the carport case should be closed now, and refund of permit fees not used !?
Please confirm or advise, as I don't have any experience with this.
