Hi Jodi,
I have a permit application that was sent over from Pamela at All-Save Construction and I wanted to touch base with you
about this.
The applicant is the daughter of the legal property owner, but both property owners are deceased (see attached legal
authority and death certs.)
My question is, is this enough information for us to be able to take in the application, later approve, and later finalize
without the applicant being the legal owner of the property?
I spoke with Pamela on the phone and she was not sure how much longer this process is going to take, so we are not
positive on when the daughter will be shown as the legal owner.
Can we move forward with this application and later be able to final it with this information?
I have cc’d Pamela to keep her in the loop on this.
