The following information is needed to continue review of your project. The stormwater plan and site plan indicate that a drywell will be used for roof water stormwater management. Please provide the dimensions of the drywell. With the roof area you are treating, you will need a total drywell size of 242 cubic feet. The drywell can only be 4 feet deep due to the expected water table on your property. Additionally, the raingarden proposal for driveway management requires more information. The raingarden is required to be designed according to the Raingarden Handbook that will be linked in the associated email. You must provide a supplement to the site plan that shows the rain garden in detail. The specific zones and types of plants and locations specific to your proposal. You must also provide DCD with the proposed square footage and ponding depth of the raingarden. Please revise the site plan with these changes and resubmit for review. Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days of the date of this letter which would be 8/15/2021.
