Plat Conditions (Document ID: 1604178)
1. No building shall be constructed upon any lot in this plat with any portion of the building nearer
than 20 feet from the lot line adjoining the street.
The applicant submitted a Stormwater, Erosion, and Sediment Control Plan (prepared by United
Engineering, Inc.) on February, 12th 2021. This plan covers the JCC Medium Project Stormwater
requirements. The applicant is proposing a silt fence and a 9’x 9’ x 4’ deep drywell that will be built
in the front yard area to collect all roof runoff.
The proposed project is located in a Coastal SIPZ. There are no other Critical Areas located on the
property.
The proposed project is located in a NO SHOOTING AREA.
Heritage Register Hit on Parcel 990400106: Resource has been evaluated by SHPO and meets
the criteria to be listed on the National Register:
Jolivette, Stephanie (DAHP) <stephanie.jolivette@dahp.wa.gov email (2/24/2021): "This project is
located within the buffer of a historical period site, the Port Ludlow Sawmill and Town. The
recorded boundaries of this site are likely larger than the actual archaeological remains, so the
DAHP agrees that this project should move forward following a standard Inadvertent Discovery
Plan. I have assigned this correspondence to DAHP Project 2021-02-01059. Please reference this
number for any further correspondence about this project."
