The proposed NSFR is located in a NO SHOOTING AREA.
The proposed NSFR is located in a SARPA and Coastal SIPZ. There are no other Critical
Areas located on the property.
The proposed project results in 31% impervious surface coverage, which exceeds the
25% limit for Rural Residential-5 Zoning. An Impervious Surface Memo was approved by
the UDC Administrator on March 23rd, 2021.
The proposed NSFR would be built across lots 34,33, and 32. A Declaration of Restrictive
Covenant was recorded February 25th, 2021 under AFN 641501.
