The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
A wetland report prepared in April 2014 was submitted with the building application. This report was
prepared more than five years ago (JCC 18.22.900(3)) and an older version of the wetland rating
form was included in that report. Submit a revised wetland report or an addendum letter prepared by
a qualified professional based on Articles VII (wetlands) and IX (special reports) of the Jefferson
County Code. A wetland rating based on the current version of the rating form should be included in
that report.
The stormwater proposal needs to be shown on the site plan. If downspouts are proposed, revise
the site plan to show the downspout locations (at least two would be needed).
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 6/9/2021. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.
