This Revision 3 submission documents a change to the location of the shop building that was permitted.
The owner turned the building 90 degrees and shifted it west such that the western side of the building
is 20’-0” from the west property line. This can be seen on the included Site Plan, sheet A1.1. There are
no other proposed changes and the impervious areas remain the same. The owner, Cody Craig, has the
foundation formwork laid out for the new location, and the building inspector instructed him to submit
a revised Site Plan for approval before he will sign off.
