Dear HERBERT MCCLURE JR:
The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
The submitted site plan presents the stormwater management proposal as an option, with one
drywell being shown. Resubmit the site plan showing a stormwater proposal that is based on and
consistent with the current Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (Washington
Department of Ecology 2019).
Currently, the proposal does not meet the first question on stormwater Worksheet S because roof
runoff would flow downgradient towards the drainfield. Unless the proposal is revised to meet all four
criteria on Worksheet S, then stormwater Worksheet A1 would need to be submitted (this form is
available online from the DCD permitting portal).
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 7/4/2021. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.
