PERMIT APPLICATION
Steps in the Permit Process:
-Review application checklist to ensure all information is completed prior to submitting application.
-Make sure septic has been applied for and water availability has been proven.
-Make an appointment to meet with the Permit Technician by calling 360-379-4450.
-This is not a standalone application; it must be accompanied by a project specific supplemental application.
-Fees will be collected at intake. Additional fees may apply after review and payment is required before permit is issued.

Dear AVEN M ANDERSEN:
The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
Need to have a revised Stormwater Calculation worksheet submitted that delineates the temporary
disturbance area during the construction phase of the foundation repair. The repairs area should not
include any disturbance within the Shoreline Jurisdiction.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 7/7/2021. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.
