The proposed garage remodel is not increasing the total square footage of the building footprint
approved in 2019 (BLD2019-00182). Stormwater Forms are therefore not required.
The proposed project area is located adjacent to AP-20 Commercial Agriculture (Parcel
801033001). A condition of nuisance disclosure shall be included in the building permit.
According to the Jefferson County GIS Maps, the contours show a potential Type "F" Stream (fish
bearing) located on the western portion of the property. The proposed garage remodel is located
over 600 ft away from the potential stream area. Therefore, no further action required.
There are wetlands located on the adjacent parcel (801033001). The proposed garage remodel is
outside of the 350 ft buffer. Therefore, no further action required.
There is a SUSC located on the property. No further action required.
Archaeological Hit: Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation commented that the
property is located within the buffer of a pioneer cemetery. It was common in the past for people to
be buried outside of the recorded cemetery boundaries and the construction crew should lookout
for any bones and follow the attached Inadvertent Discovery Plan. The IDP shall be attached with
the building permit.
