I included the O& M agreement dated Sept. 10,2020. Please see O& M agreement attached.
Do you need something other than this?
I had spoken with Susan Porto and she said since it is an addition that we are good to go with the well
information she has.

I have attached the remainder amount of the invoice.
After looking over the application it looks like all I am missing is the O&M for the septic system, additional well
documents (chloride, nitrate,ect) and fees paid.
