The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
A geotechnical hold harmless/notice to title must be recorded on the property. Please have the
attached document notarized and returned to DCD for administrator review. After approval from the
administrator, the document will need to be recorded by the applicants.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 6/7/2021. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
assigned planner if you have any questions.
