The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
The Stormwater report indicates a Rain Garden is proposed for stormwater management. Please refer to the
following link to help design your rain garden. Please provide the ponding depth, soil drainage rate, square
footage of the rain garden, and a design plan to show the layout of the proposed rain garden with the various
plants you intend to use. You must also show the scaled rain garden on a revised site plan.
