Jefferson County Code (JCC) 18.30.050 Table 6-1 states a maximum of 25% maximum coverage for this zoning.
However, note 15 of this table states: “Pre-existing legal lots of record less than one acre in size in rural residential
districts are subject to the stormwater requirements in Chapter 18.30 JCC and must meet the “Area of Impervious
Surface Coverage” to the maximum extent practicable as determined by the administrator.
