Why not divide and shelter? Placing 10 "campers' at each of our campgrounds and paying for
those sites through federal housing grants?
I would like folks to have access to showers and hot water after using the restroom anytime-
especially while we are in a nasty pandemic.
How can tourist lives matter more than these folks having access to toilets and hot water?
