To Whom It May Concern: I just heard about this proposal a day or so ago and Ioffer the following suggestions. When I volunteered withproviding of meals at the American Legion to the homeless,there were rules that had to be followed. No drugs, alcohol, orweapons were allowed as I recall. If someone did not want toabide by these rules, they were not allowed in. I plead withyou to have at least these rules and someone onsite who willenforce them. There was always someone at the Legion 24 hours aday as a monitor. Obviously there should not be any selling ofdrugs at this site. For those of us who live near this proposedsite, these rules and their strict enforcement would greatlyhelp those of us who have personal safety concerns. My heartgoes out to those who find themselves homeless and it is goodto try and help them in any way that is possible. Thank you for hearing my concerns.Sincerely,Pam Mann
