The property has an approximate 12% slope. The 2021 Geotechincal Report states that "there is no surface water on site". The proposed New Single Family Residence is located 50 ft from the rear property line (facing north). All proposed ground disturbance meets the 50-75 ft stream buffer. No further action is required.
