There may be a Type "Ns" Stream (seasonal non-fish bearing) located north of the parcel. The property has an approximate
12% slope. The 2021 Geotechincal Report states that "there is no surface water on site". The proposed New Single Family
Residence is located 50 ft from the rear property line (facing north). All proposed ground disturbance meets the 50-75 ft stream
buffer. No further action is required.
The property is located in a NO SHOOTING AREA.
There are Geological Hazardous Areas (Slight Landslide Hazard Area and Shoreline Slope Stability Area- Intermediate Slope)
located on the property. A Geotechnical Report prepared by Stratum Group on May 20th, 2021 states that, "the property is not
a landslide or erosion hazard area and will not be at risk of landslides or erosion. Furthermore, development will not increase
the risk of landslides or erosion as long as the recommendations of this report are followed". The applicant shall follow the
recommendations of the 2021 Geotechnical Report.
