Phase II:
(6+ years) Golf Course Lands
Stage l: (16 Months)
Development of Terrace I and Conference Center Amenities, the Staff
Housing/AGRI Center, Pave Interior Roads and Exterior Turn Lanes, Seed
Golf Course.
Stage 2: (18 months)
Development of Terrace 2 ard 3, the Half-Way Resort, Open Golf Course.
Stage 3: (18 months)
Develop Chalets and Villas to South Kettle along with Terrace 4.
Stage 4: (18 months)
Complete Residential Villas and Chalets on the Golf Course Phase.
Phase III:
(3.5 years)The Maritime Village and Water Touch Lots
Stage 1: (24 months)
The Demolition of the existing buildings for replacement of new structures
known as The Maritime Village:
. 16,000 sf of Retail and Commercial and Services
o 88 Casitas and Chalets over The Maritime Village
o Replacement of Wooden Docks and Fuel Delivery System
Stage 2: (18 months)
The Development of +/- 20 Resort Chalets and Villas overseeing the
Marina at the Water Touch Lots
