The only exception to this would be if there is reason to suspect that site conditions have changed (and that the wetland boundaries have also changed), the time frame could be less than five years. We have Corps approval and a jurisdictional determination, but the wetlands were delineated in 2006. I have heard that wetland delineations are valid for approximately 5-years, is that true?
