Dear David Johnson;
I enjoyed our conversation today regarding the Garth Mann/Statesman request
to the Development department regarding change of the parking plan for Pleasant
Harbor marina.
Just to review our conversation so I don't miss anything, you stated that Garth/
Statesman would be required by county regulations to get a storm water permit
and a new building permit. Before doing so he would be required to post at the
marina in an area for public viewing -a notice giving 14 days for citizen/tenant
comment.
If I misunderstood any of these facts please feel free to respond in writing.
