Your letter of March 28, 2012 is inaccurate regarding what I stated in relation to Garth Mann. What I
said was if Garth wanted to re -orient the parking and roadways within the marina it would require a
Type II Plat Alteration which requires public notice posted on site and a 14 day comment period.
Stormwater and Building permits are Type I permits that do not require public notice.
