Schedule
As shown by this timeline below, we anticipate completing the SEIS process in approximately 9 months.
However, the actual schedule will depend upon the level and substance of comments that we receive on
the Preliminary Draft and FinalSElSs, and on the Draft SEIS. EAlBlumen has the capacity and resources
available to meet the schedule indicated below.

prepared by the previous SEPA consultant and

concurrence.
