Attached are three alternatives reviewed. Road 3 does not meet WDFWMPR intersection traffic
level of service and is generally unacceptable.

As I understood from the site plans, only the upper part of the road would be realigned, correct? Not
lower part or the existing parking area at the end near the boat launch, right? What is the potential
parking area you mention?
Will any of the work be within the 200 ft shoreline management area?

I have predesign information concerning three alternative routes for the boat ramp access road and
existing.
Raw information includes lengths, road grades, areas of clearing, impervious surface areas, and
cuUfill quantities.
I should be able to do preliminary write up before the end of next week
I am attempting to meet with WDFW during the same time to renew discussions leading to written
agreement for relocation of the road and potential parking area.

So, to clarify, the County's position is that the WDFW road should be include within the scope of the
SEIS?
lf so, we will need to discuss how this impacts the scope and budget of the project, as this area was
not included in the initial site area and the technical reports do not include any data or analysis for this
additional site area.

As we discussed, the County's position on the Fish & Wildlife road to the boat launch at Pleasant
Harbor is that without the resort development along the highway that necessitates that roads
reorientation, there would be no reason to move it otherwise. Let me know if you need further
