Draft "Roll-Out" Strategy for Pleasant Harbor Draft SEIS
Once release date is established:
o Schedule BoCC afternoon information session - "where we are in the process; what to expect"
. Report at regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting - August 7th
o Draft Notice of Availability of Draft SEIS to include:
o General information on SEIS and important facts to be aware of (the project has
changed since the FEIS)
o Where to get a copy (free on-line; at SOS print shop; CD at Open House; Desk Copy at
DcD)
o "Roll-Out" Open House information
o Draft Press Release to include all of the above plus update to webpage
o Release Draft SEIS with 45 day comment period
o Conduct Open House with Applicant and Consultant
r Present and participate at regularly scheduled Planning Commission public hearing with
Applicant and Consultant
