Currently we are waiting on the Applicant to provide additional information (see attached list of L8 deficiency items) to the Consultant. Once the Consultant has received that information, the Consultant will produce a preliminary draft SEIS within two weeks, The County and Applicant will have one week to review and comment. The Consultant willthen finalizethedocumentandcoordinateproductionofthedraftfordistributionwithinoneweek. lnotherwords,Adraft SEIS should be ready for review within one month of receiving all the additional information on the list. However, we need to consider timing and coordinate on how and when exactly the draft will be released to the public and Planning Commission. Attached is my draft roll out strategy for that release that envisions an "Open House" type meeting, which could be a special meeting in addition to the regular PC meeting.
